Manchester United have announced that the team “will be a world first as the club debuts the largest, brightest and clearest pitch-side electronic boards in football.”
TGI installs the biggest LED perimeter system in Korea
The LED perimeter system was successfully installed for Huyndai Jeonbuk’s last home game of the season on December 1st.
The 220 meter long system was installed on the 3 TV covered sides of the pitch.
With a 16mm pixel pitch and a height of 1 meter, it’s a truly unique installation in Korean football.

FC Anzhi Makhachkala decided to invest in the brand new LED perimeter system to future proof their investment for the use in the UEFA or FIFA competitions and in September 2013 the LED perimeter system was successfully installed.
TGI installed 246.4 linear meters of the latest LED 10mm technology at Anji Arena where it saw a world wide introduction of the new enhanced black face technology along with other brand new features in the world of LED perimeter systems such as the cabinet corner twist, complete IP 65 protection, and a fanless cooling system.

TGI partners with GLSEJeonju Wold Cup Stadium | South Korea
TGI will partner with GLSE to install its LED perimeter system at Jeonbuk Huyndai Football club in Korea.
Jeonbuk Huyndai football club will be the first club in Korea to install an LED perimeter system on all three TV covered sides of the pitch. The system has a 16mm pixel pitch and a height of more than 1 meter. It will be a truly unique installation in the Korean football market.

TGI and Manchester United have partnered to install an 253 meter LED perimeter system at Old Trafford.
With a 10mm pixel pitch, a display height of 1 meter, and installation on all 3 sides of the pitch that are covered by TV, this installation is truly unique.
The new generation of LED perimeter systems comply with all UEFA regulations and introduces new mechanical design innovations that make the product stand out in comparison to any other products on the market.
From a visual perspective the PS 10.3 introduces an enhanced black face SMD technology that increases the contrast tremendously. This innovative design creates a dramatic change to how sponsors will perceive their brand on this type of technology in the future.
TGI to supply Shoc-Trac™ system to CFLEdmonton & Calgary | Canada
TGI is installing its PS 10 system at two Canadian Football League teams; the Edmonton Eskimos and Calgary Stampeders.
TGI will install its patent-pending 10 millimeter perimeter knock-down LED system for each club. These perimeter LED advertising systems will be strategically installed on the sideline sections adjacent to the football grid and will face the main tv camera so as to maximize on-field advertising opportunities for the teams and their sponsors.
The LED systems utilize Shoc-Trac™ a specially designed knock-down safety system created to meet the high demands of player safety and possible impacts that may occur as players are historically prone to collide with perimeter signage in the CFL.
TGI has been the first company to implement LED perimeter systems into the Canadian Football league; initially with the 2012 Grey Cup Champion Toronto Argonauts and now Edmonton and Calgary will be the second and third clubs to utilize this technology.
TGI has also worked with the Canadian Football League to develop these systems and in addition to providing LED to Toronto, the systems were also utilized in the 100th Grey Cup final game and the 2012 Vanier Cup.
TGI Provides LED for Intersport All Star Football ChallengeCowboys Stadium | Arlington Texas
TGI continues its partnership with Intersport by providing the 2013 All-Star Football Challenge with LED advertising technology. The 15th annual event featured 20 highly anticipated college football athletes competing in a live skills challenge of both individual and team events.
TGI’s experienced operations team executed the event on Tuesday, January 29th at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. This exciting event is one of eight live television properties owned and operated by the award-winning media and marketing agency, Intersport.
This annual competition highlights College Football’s brightest stars from the 2012-2013 season. Notable All Star Football Challenge alumni include, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, Torrey Smith and Joe Flacco.
The 2013 All-Star Football Challenge aired Super Bowl Sunday on ESPN2. Event Partners were able to display dynamic messaging with TGI’s perimeter LED system. The ability to provide a digital backdrop and allow partner messaging to envelop the competition field significantly increased the overall value of the sponsorship package.

FIFA Club World Cup 2012Yokohama Stadium & Toyota Stadium | Japan
TGI was chosen once again by FIFA to provide its perimeter LED advertising systems to the FIFA Club World Cup 2012. The annual tournament returned to Japan December 6 through the 16.
Brazilian club Corinthians defeated tournament favorites Chelsea FC 1-0 to take home their second Club World Cup title. The Corinthians only two goals of the entire tournament were scored by Paolo Guerrero and both were headers.
The FIFA Club World Cup matches were held at Yokohama Stadium in Tokyo and Toyota Stadium in Toyota City, Japan. The annual tournament, founded in 2000, takes place between the top six club teams from each continental confederation plus the winner of the host nation league.
The FIFA Club World Cup 2012 marked the first time in history that goal-line technology was to be used in a major international tournament. However there were no close calls an therefore the technology was not needed.
In December of 2011, TGI unveiled the brand new 10mm LED systems at the FIFA Club World Cup, providing more than 250 meters of LED advertising to multiple venues. The tournament was extremely successful and TGI was proud to be a part of making the 2012 FIFA Club World Cup a huge success as well.

TGI Provides LED for 100th Anniversary CFL Grey CupRogers Centre | Toronto
TGI was proud to be a part of the Toronto Argonauts historic win at the 100th CFL Grey Cup!
TGI provided its perimeter LED advertising system to the Rogers Center this season and couldn’t think of a better way to end 2012. The Toronto Argonauts defeated the Calgary Stampeders 35-22 at their home stadium in front of more than 50,000 fans. This is the 16th Grey Cup victory for the Argos and the team’s first win since 2004. The Toronto Argonauts have the most Grey Cup titles of any team in the CFL.
